Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days (not including the day you placed your order) for us to prepare and get your orders shipped out. That doesn't mean that we will take that long to fulfill your order. Some orders are fulfilled the same day as your purchase and will be taken directly to the postal service for delivery. 

Shipping rates are calculated by USPS based on weight and distance. Please make sure to always double check your shipping address. Once the order is shipped by the USPS, there's no way for us to rectify the issue here at K.Lashaye Naturals. You will have to contact USPS. However, we will make sure to do the best we can to get the issue corrected. If the fault is your own, there will be no refunds issued for your order. We focus on great customer service here and making sure all of our customers are pleased. Please feel free to reach out if there's any issues.
